Are you our new Project Manager for Water Supply Networks?

Do you want to help shape the future of Linköping? We are looking for an engaged project manager who is passionate about community development and wants to make a difference! At Tekniska verken, you will play a key role in developing the city's water supply infrastructure and contribute to a more sustainable and resource-efficient future. We are currently facing one of the largest urban transformations – Ostlänken – and we need you to lead projects that are of great significance for the city's development.

As a project manager with us, you will be part of a knowledgeable and committed team that drives the water supply infrastructure forward together. The project portfolio includes everything from new construction and renewal of water supply networks to climate adaptations in the city center. Here, you will have a central role in planning and executing water supply infrastructure projects, such as the exciting urban development around Ostlänken. You will lead projects from planning to completed facilities and collaborate with stakeholders such as the Swedish Transport Administration, the municipality, and contractors. With varied and exciting tasks, your days will be filled with:

• leading water supply projects in all phases – from idea to execution
• collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure progress and quality
• being responsible for time, budget, and resources within the projects
• representing the water supply authority in detailed planning work and negotiations
• procurement of contractors and ensuring quality in future phases of the project

Are you the one we are looking for? We see that you are a confident and engaging leader with the ability to drive projects forward in a structured and efficient manner. You have good self-awareness and know when to seek help from other experts to achieve the best results. With your communicative and collaborative approach, you create strong relationships and ensure successful projects, even in complex environments with many stakeholders.

Experiences you bring and share with us:

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field, such as civil engineering, or other experience that can be deemed equivalent
• Several years of experience as a project manager in municipal infrastructure
• Proficiency in Office Suite and planning tools
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both written and spoken
• Driver's license (manual)

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience working with water supply networks
• Experience working with or within a municipality
• Knowledge of or experience with LOU is a plus
• Experience working with the Swedish Transport Administration
